ALTINTEL SEAPORT AND TERMINAL ENTERPRISES

Altıntel Seaport And Terminal Enterprises, which is located at Dil İskelesi location of Dilovası town of Kocaeli province, the Seaport facilities and the annexed Tank Facilities for storing Liquid Chemical Materials, has started to be established on 1985  and started to operate on 1987. By adding new capacities and expansion works in the course of years, Seaport and the Enterprises has become as they are today.

The Seaport Facilities which was serving as a dolphin initially,  had been revised at the end of 1980`s by increasing demand as well as the pressure from third party clients, and finally has become as it is today with its 250 m of  usable length and 10.5 m of width.

Today, in the Seaport facilities of Altıntel Seaport And Terminal Enterprises,  loading and unloading of products such as raw or processed iron and steel products, packed mine ores and various forestry products etc. are implemented as Genaral Cargo. 

Furthermore, 53 tanks of the Company with various sizes and a total capacity of 60.000 m3 , is connected to the Seaport by means of cargo lines.

On the other hand, in the Seaport area which is under the control of Gebze Custom Directorate, the Company can serve the third party customers by its Open Warehouse of 3.5 Decares (3500 square meters)  and by its Roofed Warehouse with a covered area of 200 square meters within the Facilities.

The Seaport and the Facilities which started services as Altıntel Melamin Sanayi A.Ş initially, has been purchased by ARKEM Kimya  on 27 May 2008, and today carrying on providing services with the title of Altıntel Seaport And Terminal Enterprises.
